Terrible experience, I ordered beds on the 25th of June, it is 3 months later and I still haven't received the beds (they said it would take 6-8 week for the beds to arrive). For the last 4 weeks they have called me every week to say my order is coming, but everytime is gets delayed by yet another week.If you plan to order, don't or be ready to wait a very long time to receive your order.

I walked in and wanted to buy a bed frame off the floor and ask for same day delivery. Their truck was there at the store and they had time to deliver, but refused. They said they would only deliver in 3 days time. I even asked to pay more for same day delivery.The woman on the floor had to ask the manager every time and come back to me. The manager seems like an angry grumpy man.The bed base when arrived was put together at the house and it was done really well with a smile and fast.

Not impressed with the service of De Beers meubels. I've been waiting for 2 months for a couch I ordered. Whenever I would call, they would just give me empty promises. They were supposed to be the best in Potchefstroom but I am very disappointed in what they have done. They do not deliver. And they do not communicate when the delivery doesn't go according to plan.
