Friendly and helpful staff. The que was a bit long, the was some movement nonetheless. Was in and out in 1.5 hrs. KUDOS!

Unbelievably pathetic. They dont even answer their calls when trying to do a follow up. South Africa as whole has gone down the drain. Thats all I can say.

It offers all the Home Affairs Services however its always overcrowded and sometimes with long cues running outside in the sun. Most of the staff are rude and can’t deal with people in a professional manner.

Great place and excellent SERVICES. HELPFUL N COMPETENT STAFF. I booked online. From security entrance verification of booking was done timely. Then ushered to info/customer booth; the signage on every area clear n everything electronic. So completed service within allocated time. Thank you. SOUTH AFRICA

Went there Monday the 10th with a booking for 9am. We waited outside while system was offline since they opened. At around 9h45 an official came to inform us to go to Orlando branch because the IT could not figure out how to get their system back onlike.. H/w if you can, you can wait for them to fix it.. So most of us with bookings left....i do not recommend this branch.

I received bad service on 11 October 2022 from the securities.I asked the security nicey to come in coz I can't queue the line cz im pregnant, the security told me straight that I must queue bcz is not like im giving birth. I didn't know that if you are pregnant of eight months you join the queue. The security company is prime african

Your approach to gradually prioritize online as opposed to walk ins is very unfair. There was not much done to accommodate walk ins efficiently. As much as online is proritised is fair for someone to spend 8 hours for service ?

The service is very bad, after nit finding Maponya Mall, as one of the branches to book an apartment for online, i came as a walkin there is not enough waiting area space so we had to wait outside in the rain since 6:40-12:02, once inside we still waited as there were only 2 consultants working, and after waiting the whole day with no assurance, we are told to come back the next day.

Online appointments serve absolutely no purpose if ALL people are still put into one que, and that que takes hours to move. Arriving early also is a waste of time as u are guaranteed to wait more than 3 to4 hours regardless. I thought the system would be more efficient since all the hype of online platforms but sadly its still the same terrible service. 10 stations but 5 people assisting clients, consider hiring people to fill the empty seats and eliminate the spiraling ques EVERY DAY.
