Lala Khona Lodge

The service was horrendous. Check in was confirmed at 2pm. Upon arrival at 4pm our rooms were not ready. Staff made excuse of them being fully booked the night before.Once we had checked into our rooms we wanted to shower but there was no towels provided as they all still needed to be laundered.The rooms are not well maintained at all for the rate they are charging. Shower head is broken and water pressure is very low.Breakfast service was terrible as there was only one lady doing everything(cooking, serving and clearing up after guests). Breakfast took longer than it should’ve. When you complain all the staff can respond is that they are working alone so we must just be patient.All in all I would not recommend this place especially for the rate they charge. If you are desperate then you will seriously need to lower your expectations. It was a very disappointing experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located close to shopping mall. Cosy, neat, beds are comfortable but if you are tall, you might find them a bit too short. Recommended.

The environment was amazing and peaceful. Even the breakfast was very delicious. Very friendly staff. However, there was no Wi-Fi and supper wasn't included in the package and not even notified about it until i asked. But all was well and good.

The rooms are very tiny, the staff is very noisy, there is a an old lady who is quite nice how ever I don't think she should be serving food to guests due to her skin condition the rest of the ladies ayi they are very noisy and quarreling all the time. Please hire a gate person as I stood by the gate and hooted for 15mins before the gate was opened and mind you ur was at night in a town I am not familiar with.

Good place,can highly recommend for other people to explore it.

Service is terrible, receptionist was shouting while I was trying to calmy show her my voucher as she claimed they were fully booked, she only listened once I made her talk to our travel agent who told her the same thing. Use this place if you're absolutely desperate but not if you want a peace of mind

What a terrible place!!!!dz place doesn’t even deserve a one star ⭐️ we had such a bad experience the rooms are tiny and place is very noisy ppl talking in the passage..the food was extremely terrible perhaps we did spoke to the owner of the lodge abt how unhappy we are with everything in her place..the lady is more in to making profit and money not really care abt how the guest are feeling..however I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go book dz place..extremely terrible
