What a little Gem, very well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, the living room and kitchen cater for your every need. The Patio and Braai area should come with a warning...'once you enter this area it will be almost impossible to leave'. An exceptional establishment, superb!

Excellent setting, the closest you will get to the sea! Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

What a wonderful sea view we had out of the Dolphin unit's lounge area. The bed was a little hard for us but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The beach is very private and safe to walk on all hours of the day and night.

Absolutely perfect accommodation, has everything you need. Spacious, comfortable and the view... well the best you'll see around. Sooo close to the beach! Great hospitality by our host who clearly knows what she's doing. Highly recommended.

One of the best holiday destinations and self catering gems I have ever encountered. Me and my family has a bliss at Makarios on Sea and the constant sound of the sea lingering at your eyes is a sweet humming melody that you hear 24/7 it was so relaxing and it’s a destination one needs especially if you looking to give your mind, body and soul the complete rest it needs. I highly recommend. The manager of the place is also amazing and all the amenities just makes the experience more thrilling.

I'm giving a little shoutout to this Gem of a place. I appreciate the value of a true beach vacation more as I get older, the kind where you lay that body down on a lounge chair for a week straight & pig out on ice cream and braaivleis. I Love staying at Makarios, here you truly recharge your batteries, the tranquility works wonders ...High five to Antoinette for making sure that the accommodation goes above and beyond a person's expectation, attention to every detail, TOP quality linen, amenities like dishwashers so you don't spend too much time in the kitchen, you'll find all the basics and more, from shortbread, bottled water and aircons.. will be back later the year again for a memorable visit as always!
