Terrible customer and delivery service. If I could give you 0 stars I would. Created an order online for delivery on 01.10.22, and it was not delivered. I called the store several times and the staff would put me on hold until the call cut or they would hang up. I also contacted the call centre and even reported this on IG, but my query is still pending.

I ordered food at 5:20pm till now which is 19:50 I never received the order, I keep phoning, they put me on hold, then get transferred from one person to the next, waited for 30min on the phone each time, I kept calling from my cell phone, it's so unacceptable....In order to post I had to put a star, they don't deserve any stars, they say they will call back, till now no call ..I always order and pay over 350 each time, from steers. Debonairs, something fishy.. but now I will never order ever again from them

Absolutely pathetic service. Not obe person in this place knows anything. Orders takes almost 2 hours to come and the food is ice cold. The orders were wrong. They apparently dont have a certain patty so they take ot upon themselves to give you what ever they feel like. Honestly if i can give anyone advise dont order from this place. The staff and service is the worst ive come across.

Terrible customer and delivery service. If I could give you 0 stars I would. Created an order online for delivery on 21 Dec 2022 18.34pm and it was delivered at 20.35, 2 whole hours later- I called the store several times and the staff would put me on hold until the call cut and kept saying im through to the call centre and transfered me to the Lenasia south branch n query line- where i had to repeat myself every time- eventually the driver called and asked me to send my location via whatsapp as he had a old address and then arrived after 30 min, when i asked him why he took so long he said its Wednesday so lots of orders and im not the only customer he has to deliver to, food was so cold :( worst experience ever

I never learn with this place I always assume that the next time I order things will be different, but they prove me wrong. As seen on Google your delivery service is pathetic having to wait 2 hours for food . It's 2023 and the service is still as horrible as a few years ago. Please make right by your customers, we are paying customers. It's not like it's a free service. And to make it worse the phone line isn't work.

Me and my sister got food poisoning,I’ve noticed the past couple of months they don’t make the food properly,the burger wouldn’t be fully cooked and it would be still raw in the middle and somethimes you’ll find uncooked chips,But with the meal we ate looked fine but the next day we both had food poisoning
