A lady wanted to fetch a couch from my house and they made commitment to collect but never pitched for 2 days eventually they told her they won't take the couch. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I later wanted them to take my bed from joburg to tzaneen and asked for a quote, they would promise to send me a quote, for the whole week I waited for a quote but nothing and everyday I would call to remind them I am still waiting for a quote and everyday they would ask me to send an email with dimensions until they asked me to send them a whatsapp with dimensions but still no quote. Unreliable if you ask me

0 star, Bad service, overnight delivery is 2nd night delivery, you call the office to ensure that your parcel is ready for collection only to find out it was lost. Promise lies. Learn to communicate in any deviation. i paid for nonsense.

I have my stock that should’ve been delivered on Thursday now it’s Saturday and still nothing, I have to deliver to my clients but I have nothing . The white lady that my business partner was talking to even had the audacity to ask what do we expect her to do about it. Never again am I trusting this company
