I visited the new H & M store in Cresta on Sat 16 Nov - 2 days after they opened. I found the range of clothes extensive and affordable and the 'age' range is good. However the store was not particularly busy. I asked, who I assumed was the manager, what they were doing to entice shoppers into the store as in this economic climate clothing store competition is tough. i get regular surveys from Woolies and Edgars. Nothing" he said. We gave the first 200 shoppers 20% off on opening day. I was surprised. No scratch and win or specials or cheapest of 3 items free

Really disappointed with services at this store.I walked around the store and couldn't find anyone to help me and when I finally did find someone and asked where is their maternity section, they just pointed to some direction and walked away.Very rude and unhelpful.

Shocking return policy, esp over Christmas. Staff shortage. Busy days one or 2 cashiers, nobody on floor to help. Have to have a gift card, cant get your money. Disappointing as staff unhelpful even on the floor. Like the product but will walk away. Other shops to spend my money.

The stuff was very helpful and enforced social distancing protocols properly. Nice swim shorts as well.

I like their stuff and staff, but I don't understand why clothing cannot be tried in in-store? Surely the same protocols can be followed at the fitting rooms as would be the case when you return goods. Every purchase is proving to be double the trouble, so I'm opting to give them a miss when they would otherwise be me first choice

Friendly helpful staff, good atmosphere. Its in a safe secure mall. The standard is what is expected from a H&M.
