Well run store. Knowledgeable staff. There's so much more than just receiving and sending packages going on in store.

Had a very good experience at PostNet today. Jennifer was friendly and kind. And answered all my questions. And was kind enough to gift my son with a car. He was so ecstatic..... Will deff be going back

So disappointed with the service of this company. I went 3 times to do a criminal check for work. On each occasion there was only one person in the shop who was clearly overwhelmed and worked at a snails pace. The last time I went to complete my criminal check, the lady told me that she needed to attend to her customers who came after me before she could help me. They clearly should not be accredited to complete criminal checks. The lady stationed in store has to constantly be on the phone with her manager named Sam" (from what I gathered) because she doesn't know much. This store clearly needs more attention from it's owners and more staff needs to be employed."

Pathetic Service from management and staff. Not there to assist. Systems always down. One has to make several trip to sort out simple issues. We need more competent staff. I refer to Chatsglen Post Office. It's a waste of time having them open if the staff remains. We need new staff who is competent.

Very good service. Sent me an sms as soon as my package arrived and very friendly staff.

They call themselves postnet but do not do postnet to postnet couriers. The sign for this claim is only inside the store.
