The wait was long, the service exceptional and the results great. Thanks to all the staff!

Horrible...just horrible!!! My Housekeeper went there and the Dr. pulled the wrong tooth!!! He even admitted it. Now she has 2 teeth missing and they just can't do anything about it. Also, treated her bad when he heard she is from Malawi. This is unacceptable.

Don't even answer the phone. Wouldn't recommend even wasting your time to try and get in contact with them.

I really need a tooth extracted u people don't answer ur phone been calling all day since 7:30 this morning so I can't comment on the service because they can't evsn answer there calls

Must say that I am so impressed by this state facility! Clean, neat and the staff were super helpful and friendly! Will def use this clinic again. Had a good experience at this clinic after having had a few bad experiences at other state facilities. Security staff was a bit rude but that's okay, they also have a tough job to do so we will forgive them today!

Your address is incorrect. I think maybe somebody should correct it. Also nobody answers the phone on that number either.

I went to Isabella dental clinic on Friday 22nd February for an extraction of my upper wisdom tooth, the so called Doctor (his accent sounds Ugandan) started the process and broke my tooth, he claimed that I had extra bones around my teeth which made it difficult to do a normal extraction.Him and his incompetent assistant asked me to go and wait until they finished attending to 10plus patients, my chirped tooth started throbbing,I told the assistant who told me to just wait until they were done which I did despite the pain. I went in given another injection they started drilling my tooth I could feel what they were doing I was in so much pain and the so called Doctor couldn't care less. He finished and said all was well and I should heal within 2days he gave me only brufen despite the cuts that he made in my mouth.The pain continued I could not sleep, my face was even twitching and my neck was pulling from the pain, today Wednesday 27th February I decided to go to Wits Dental hospital where an Xray was done only to find that there is 3 pieces which remained of my tooth and 1 is visible with the naked eye, how that Doctor and his assistant at Isabella failed to see is beyond me.I have to go back to the hospital for surgery and I plan to sue Isabella dental clinic. That Doctor needs to be investigated I doubt if he is qualified. He is a danger to the general public.Horrible service I would not recommend it to anyone.

Doc was not very empathetic with patients... guess she was just doing her job" ... Receptionist/ assistant- now that gentleman knows how to give great service getting everyone laughing and relaxed."

The bookings lady is SUPER RUDE and thinks that she is doing us a favour. She had the door closed and was busy chatting with her friends. I discussed her behavior with the main receptionist who did not find this surprising. I wish something can be done to get rid of these useless xxxx

Very good dental care at zero cost.From removal of tooth,filling or artificial fitting.
