Quite overrated in my opinion. Had a colour done only to find that the roots weren't properly covered. I was told to come back to sort it out but I live quite a distance from them. They appear professional but are far from that especially with the way they work. Although they try their best I definitely won't be revisiting.

Neil always amazing and does fabulous make up. Cannot recommend him enough

Neil ramatuar still lives in the glory of doing Priyanka Chopras make up that he feels he has the right to belittle other woman. My make up was done so pathetic and rushed. He charges a ridiculous price only to make me look a clown on my wedding day. If you aren't someone famous or an influencer please don't bother using he's services. There are other more talented make up artists who will do a better job for half the price

Welcome to the chaos.Customer service is rather overlooked. There is more hype about this place than its actually worth. Expected professionals to provide a high end service, timeously and in a calm environment for clients to feel at ease during the experience.Unfortunately, my wedding morning was unsettling here, having witnessed the lack of professionalism, lack of concern for clients and poor attitude of the owner which clearly filters through the team as well as it seemed everyone was a bit too comfortable gossiping about clients as they left, to those of us still there. This was very uncomfortable, how can one ever be honest about their needs and expectations after that? Furthermore, no bride wants to feel like they're being rushed through and short changed but unfortunately this was the case on the day. It's almost like a production line of clients getting ready in studio and though you are rushing, with little time to think about what's going on around you, having to wait my turn despite being booked in and expecting to leave by a certain time, I was late for a pre-planned photoshoot.Many have had great experiences I'm sure, based on prior reviews I've seen, but this review is based on my own experience, which unfortunately was a regrettable one, made worse by the fact that it happened to be on my actual wedding day..
