For a Gastropub there is a severe lack of beer selection. There was only Castle Light on tap, because of this we decided to eat elsewhere so I can't comment on the food.

Nice Upper Highway Gem, food was good, TK our server was awesome, great pub grub cuisine without it being over crowded with underage patrons - if you catch my drift. Really yummy cocktails too.I really am so very fond of this restaurant and highly encourage people to visit and support.

Great value for money. Good pub meals. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with seating indoors or in the open air. Staff are friendly and on the ball. My family has never been disappointed over multiple visits. Definitely worth a visit.

Loved it the wood fire cracking while we enjoyed awesome lunch. Nice kids jungle gym out. Friendly staff

Decent burgers although I've had better for the price. The desserts however are best avoided. Just the worst incarnations of creme brulee and cheesecake I've ever encountered and they really should be easy and simple to produce.

We have dined at Platzz countless times now - breakfast, lunch, dinner, late afternoon drinks and snacks.We have NEVER had a bad meal or bad service. The staff are exceptional - friendly, attentive and a real asset to the restaurant.We recently gave their Date Night a try and cannot recommend it enough!3 generous courses for 2 people, a bottle of wine and a truly exceptional evening for the price of R450.DELICIOUS pizzas and some of the best burgers we've had the pleasure of tasting! Also, the best jalapeno poppers in KZN in my mind!
