Montague Gardens branch is the worst. The staff are rude and unfriendly and go out of their way to make your life difficult. I deal with the Strand branch a lot and they are wonderful. Amazing how the same company you can have polar opposite experiences. Montague gardens try sending your staff to strand for a week so they can see how to deal with customers and try to help instead of trying not to

Terrible service. Was only assisted after the sale guy was finished on his phone. Was told to go ask Best Drive to take my battery out to replace it with a Master Parts battery. Ended up paying R400 more and supported Best Drive as their staff are amazing! Go to Best Drive, pay a little more for quality and better service.

My partner's car had broken down in Citrusdal ... Alternator belt needed replacing. It was 3pm on a Friday so I had 2 hours to get one and take it to the mechanic there before they closed. At masterparts Montague Gardens they had 3 slightly different alternator belts listed for that make of Fiat. So I said I'd buy one of each and the mechanic could then install the correct one when I got there.No
