Forest Heights Primary School

I've been calling the school several times this week but there is no answer.. And I've emailed them 3 times, no response.. Can someone please help in this regard.. I'm honestly fed up now

Good DayI was actually so dissappointed at the service i received from Ms Joseph that is the school secretary.I'm sure that the lady that answered the phone and asked her the question that I had asked didnt know how to react as she hesitated when she had to get back to me on the phone knowing that i could hear how rudely Ms Joseph answered her.It makes me wonder how they actually treat people and most importantly how they treat the school kids.Many times you will get a call from someone firstly you may not the person,the situation or circumstances and just one word can hurt the person or even just give someone the wrong opinion of the school and everyone else that is part of the school.I must say again today it made me realise no matter who you are,where you come from or the road that you have travelled on might be happy,sad or even dangerous but that doesn't determine who you are God loves you so much and no matter what has happened along the way you are God chosen child that He has created for such a time like this.So in future just be careful how you treat or speak to people.Your answer to how you treat will determine if you are doing what God is asking which is Just Be Kind.Do i think someone will call me back definitely not not to apologise though?Hopefully Ms Joseph wont be treating people this way after this,lets hope and Pray for the best.Thanks Carmelita
