Precision Tow-in Service

There drivers seem to think they are law makers of some sorts. They just ignore any traffic signs, driver over stop streets and red traffic lights believing for some weird reason they are exempt from the law. And try to tell them that and they turn into tarzan wanting to show you who is strongest and threaten you with bodily harm. The company itself do not really care. You will see their bad reviews all over the internet.

This review is fully bassed on the driver on hans strydom, Almost cause 2 accidents for no reason. Driving with your lights on does not give you any right to speed and cause accidents on a 2 land road, if you want a video i will gladly share this.

Their drivers overtake on solid lines into oncoming traffic. They race through red lights. They force other drivers off the road. The law simply does not apply to these characters.

I want to commend Vuyo (Mahlubi Vuyolwethu) for his assistance, professionalism and absolutely amazing service on 18 January 2023. I was in an accident on the N1 Highway and Vuyo was truly my guardian angel.There were 3 cars involved and I was quite shaken up and disoriented. I was also the only female amongst all the people on scene - the drivers and passengers involved in the accident, the tow truck drivers and the paramedics. That's not to say that anyone was behaving out of line but I do genuinely feel that Vuyo played a big role in keeping everyone calm and looking out for me and making me feel safe in a tense situation. He stayed by my side and guided me through the process of exchanging details, taking photos of drivers licenses and vehicle licences etc. He spoke directly with the other parties on scene and with the insurance company when they called me and also insisted that I get myself checked out by the paramedics.I am very grateful to Vuyo for being the person that got to me first after the accident and for looking after me on scene. He is truly an asset to Precision Tow-in Service.

Update: finally managed to get the owners number. Situation addressed.Still not happy with the way the lady that answers the call, handled the situation.Can the owner of this company please contact me, their driver almost caused a mva (head on collision), overtaking on a solid white line & blind rise. Not able to get through on the landline.

These people will KILL someone!!!We (my husband and I currently 9months pregnant with our two young toddlers) were waiting at the intersection of sefako magatho and dr van der merwe at 19:15 19/032023 The light has just turned green and we were about to start driving when a precision truck driver came with a speed on the left to over take us (there isnt even a lane). My husband wanted to catch up with him but he was driving like a mad man overtaking everyone. There was another precision truck driver that also wanted to overtake us on the right hand side at the next intersection. This guy started screaming on my husband threatening him, yelling and swearing him how bad a father he is.They were on their way to a accident near the zambesi on ramp and we obviously cut them off because there was already two towing bakkies from first help.The registration of this Maroon/red bakkie is Jz 74 tc gp and he was driving a new Mazda bt 50This is totally unacceptable these people are rude and they will certainly cause a very big accident!!!!!!!

Your tow truck driver is an absolute nuisance on the road and his aggressive and uncalled for behavior to the rest of the cars on the road is unacceptable.This morning we were on Solomon Mahlangu just after the Atterbury crossing heading to Garsfontein.The lanes merged and as you know each car takes a fair turn to merge into one lane. Your driver absolutely refused to let us into the lane even though it was our fair turn. He revved his cat and drive up far to closely to the car ahead of him. Usually I would have laughed it off but he had the audacity to roll down his window and aggressively waved his finger at us as if we’re in the wrong. My 12 year old daughter was amazed at his behavior too.Then he proceeded to go off-road, cut into the left turn lane and then cut back into the traffic going straight. Then he skipped the red robot.Please note there was no emergency as he was not using his emergency sirens or lights.His driving is illegal and reckless with your company logo. Besides being rude. On top of it all the roads are wet and dangerous without him on the road.Please deal with the situation as you see fit but I advise you this will damage your brand.

Consider looking at these before having this company tow your vehicle.Reckless driving, cutting in front of people, skipping red lights.

Don't allow them to tow your car without your consent, be vigilant to they steal car and give you a hefty invoice of towing and storage
