Shocking experience. We made a booking and asked the receptionist that we will be a late departure. She confirmed R200 extra but that was no problem for us. When we arrived the next afternoon at 16H00 they never booked our room and told us they are fully booked. They gave us details of another place but when we left the 2 ladies at reception was laughing at us. Very unprofessional. Please train your staff when taking bookings. I will never recommend this place.

Place is beautiful,clean and decor on point. However the water supply is a HUGE problem!!!To be able to take a shower before check out took 2 calls and a visit to reception desk and still when there was water supply, it was hot and cold intermittently....So in a nutshell I will not book where I cannot have a proper shower.

Reception and hospitality. Quick attendance to a complaint. Back up generator when the municipality electricity has a challenge. Warm rooms though in winter. All available facilities are working. The non preparation of dinner is not suitable for every season at least in summer it is ok.

Never had a dining experience here that I did not enjoy. If there's a wait, it's worth it in freshness and flavour. And Lucille is a darling. Check out her delicious dishes, and beware of the decadent cakes!

Very lovely place. Peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom are spacious.

The room was nice and clean and a good size.However, when we arrived at 6.30pm we were told the restaurant had closed at 4pm!! The following morning we went down for breakfast and were told the restaurant did not open on a Saturday or Sunday. I then asked if I could get a coffee and was given directions to the local Wimpy!!!A real shame as the rest of the hotel want bad for the money!
