Please don't leave your jobs to work for this company. Staff turnover is extremely high and every week people leave. If you are unemployed give it a shot, but do not leave your job in order to work here!

Realisticly on my way to my owning my own branch!!! This is not a scam, put in the work and you will reap the rewards! Will be forever greatfull.

Great place to buy a Kirby, service the machine and buy parts, very reliable in terms of any service that you need. But be warned if you are looking for a job , this is the biggest scam, you will pay for your own gas to go to far interviews, you will become desperate for sales and go knocking on people's door's, if you have a decent job don't be fooled by these people. If you restructure your Kirby payment plan they will take double payment and not refund your money.

I am absolutely appalled at the terrible service I have experienced by Kirby EdenvaleI was advised to have my machine serviced for R950- I was told there are no more special’s which I subsequently found out was not true - also my replacement machine was not delivered which was part of the arrangementI was then phoned to be advised that I need new brushes/bushes @R350 as well as a new cord@R660This was apparently a message from the technician who didn’t phone to explain the problem- all I was told was that I had to replace all these functional partsI refuse to pay for a new cord because the cord was working properly when I sent it in. I was then advised that should they use the old cord, the machine will not workI am not accepting this because I sent in a working machine and did not agree to this position where I have to replace a working cordI then asked them to return my machine with the old cord in the same working condition that they took it in but I have not heard from them for 2 daysThis is completely unacceptable and I will never deal with Kirby Edenvale again

Very Poor Service, manager does not want to take calls, owner does not want to take calls, I bought a machine for R20 k from them and now they say it has no warranty after showing them the purchase invoices. They want me to pay R5.5 k to repair. Place not recommended. Thank you

If you looking for a job no matter how desperate you are, stay away from this place, nothing they say makes any sense, pyramid scheme.

All about kirby vacuum cleaners, repairs, accessories and cleaning materials. Bought spare bags and carpet shampoo. Isobel on reception extremely helpful. Parking can be difficult and not sign posted that well. Am sure we will be back for more items and advice.

I would definitely not recommend Kirby Edenvale as a branch and supplier for Kirby and especially not for people wanting to work here. The staff is manipulative and down right rude with you as soon as you work there for more than a month. The owner is someone who will work you until you are completely exhausted just to make him more money. My average shift was 16 hours a day, 6 days a week and you are expected to work on Sundays. Just look at the reviews and comments on their Facebook Page Kirby Edenvale and on Hello Peter and make your own decision. STAY AWAY FROM KIRBY EDENVALE

Kirby agent keeps phoning me. Very friendly lady in the office. Delivery is expensive but convenient. Kirby bags are now too expensive.
