I had such a wonderful experience at Hair freedom! The service is fast and professional! Thanks to Lauren for taking such good care of my hair. I recommend getting a hair treatment when visiting Hair freedom!

ATTENTION ALL FUTURE CLIENTS: I am so heart broken and feel so betrayed, I cried all night and when I woke up I couldn't even look at the state of my hair after Anna at Hair Freedom powered by Partners cut my hair, I'm so traumatized. I made a booking for Friday 28 April for a wash and restyle, when I got there they had me only on wash but Anna was kind enough to assist me even tho it clashed with another client, the service was great. She cut my hair into layers with bangs she also put in rollers to create a curl before she showed me why the cut look like. I think she curled the ends so I wouldn't see how bad the actual cut was. My Hair is dead straight so if you cut it incorrectly you will see the mistakes. And I saw all the mistakes and the fact that my hair looks nothing like the image I showed her. My hair looks hacked off, I had long hair now I have uneven ends that I now have to but a blunt Bob to salvage what I have left. This just broke my heart because it was a great service but a horrible cut. I pray future clients read this and are warned. It makes me fear for customers going to Partners Hair design as well because they own Hair Freedom. I feel that I can't trust anyone to cut my hair now or go near i. To Anna you have betrayed my trust and you pretended to know what you were doing and lied if you couldn't cut my hair correctly you should have told me I would have understood I was patient and was willing to leave after they messed up my schedule cause I didn't want to inconvenience you, you took advantage of my trust and took 2 years of hair growth with you. I pray that you never do this to another soul. I'm not angry anymore I'm just so hurt and can't believe a person I trusted and payed R750 did this to me with so much charisma and confidence. I'm disappointed in this business.

The only reason for the 1 star is because it is mandatory to give a star!! They really deserve none!!!! My daughter visited the salon to have curls done on her hair. I called twice before visiting the salon & both times a price of R285 for a wash & flat iron curls was given!! I left my daughter at the salon & returned an hour later to be told that we need to pay R425 for a Genesis package!!!! Apparently the stylist upsold the package to my 16 year old daughter while I was away & my child agreed so they proceeded WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! This , after I had insisted on paying in advance when my daughter arrived for her appointment but was told to pay after her hair was done!!!!!Before my child's hair was done I advised that I wanted her curls pinned up in order for the curls to last. Both receptionists said they would use hair spray that would make the last until the next morning!!! When my daughter left the salon the curls looked like she had been wearing them for 5 days already!!!! More than half of her hair was not even curled!!! This after the stylist" sold an unnecessary package to a child & did a half rated job which she charged us R425 for!!!!! The worst part of this entire experience is the rotten cheek & attitude of the staff in the salon!!! They treated us as if we had done something wrong!!! There was no offer to at least refund us the extra cost that was NOT QUOTED TO US!!!! They stood around rolling eyes & muttering to each other when they could clearly see the absolutely horrendous job that they had been done!!! I seriously doubt this "stylist" has ever been trained!!! The service & attitude from staff is both disgusting & shocking!!!! At no point did they even offer to rectify the mess that was made with the hair!!!! This is just an establishment that clearly ONLY SEEKS TO MAKE MONEY BUT UPSELLING WHAT IS NOT NEEDED & NOT EVEN DOING A GOOD JOB OF THE MOST BASIC SERVICES!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHED TO ANYONE!!! UNLESS YOU WANTED TO BE ROBBED!! PATHETIC SERVICE & CARELESS STAFF!!!"

Very friendly service. Showed such compassion helping to wash my sons hair and assisting me.I am immensely grateful for the managers leadership and the way she teaches her staff to treat customers by leading by example.

I visited Hair Freedom for the first time today. Caryn, is professional; she satisfies and listens to the clients styling needs. The total experience at this salon was relaxing with support staff being friendly. The lighting in the salon is suburb. I will most definitely be a regular client.

Anna i am so impressed with the way she helped me. ANNA is so excellent with the way she talked to me and done my hair. I am a fuzzy customer and she made me feel at eeze with just the way she explains everything to me. Concentration on what she is doing is alo EXCELLENT. Not let anything distracts her. The wash was perfect and relaxing .thanks for making me fewl so relaxed. MARIA

I had the loveliest appointment yesterday. My stylist was Chrisvie and she did an amazing job. I left the salon with beautiful smelling, looking and feeling hair. Thank you Chrisvie :)

I absolutely love this salon. Everyone was super nice and it is the first time a stylist listens to exactly what I want and discusses properly and gives a price beforehand. Really an excellent job on my hair that other salons told me they wouldn’t touch. I am 100% now a loyal client!
