To be frank they are not even worthy of one star. I have been awaiting a parcel from JHB for over two weeks. The national call center is also unable to provide any feedback. Dawn Wing is the definition of pathetic.

2 weeks later, I haven't received my parcels from poetry and Isabella Garcia.The company claims that the driver calls me & I don't pick up,The driver only called me once and never delivered that day when I had said I was available, i later called him back but he doesn't pick up, since then i've never recieved calls nor missed any. So the driver is lying.I'm so frustrated at this point because also one of the items is glass and fragile.

Poor, poor, poor. I was not available to receive my parcel on Monday and on Tuesday I was told that delivery of my parcel was suspended. After several calls and me even offered to pay the delivery charge, I was brushed off and told that they are involved in a court case and my package which I paid for, which is my property, will not be delivered. Raymond even put the phone down after we tried to discuss the matter. Totally unhelpful.

My parcel was quickly distributed from Cape Town to JHB, Once it reached WTB branch it takes forever and i stay in the same area as the warehouse? Also they do not answer the phone when you call the office number.

The courier gentlemen was amazing. However trying to get through to them on the phone was a night mare if one has an urgent issue

Your service is appalling.I have been waiting for my parcel from Wednesday 09th July 2020, it is Saturday today 11, still no parcel. And you sent me a message saying the parcel will reach me then.I called asking about its status and progress and you still wittingly promised that I will get it.Your service is appalling.
