The waitress was good at her job but the food was an absolute disaster. On both my plate and my wife's were mistakes. The completely forgot to put cheese on my wife's burger and my bottom bun was wet. The tomato on my burger was old. The chips was fried in the same oil as onions (I am allergic to onion). Altogether the food was horrible and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Experience was awesome. Waitress Lucille was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Didn't wait long for food.

Thank you so much to Esna and the rest of the staff for the warm welcome and the wonderful work that you did for us. The whole group had a wonderful experience during their breakfast in the past weekend. Everything was well organized and on point. Keep up the outstanding work Esna. Slow! We ordered take away told it will take 30 mins! Ended up taking a hour! Never going back

Order was not even taken. Much too slow. After waiting a long time she ask to wait 2 min longer to come back for order. 15 min later no one to take an order. Left after a while. Luckily n1 do have a lot of nice places to eat. Within 7 min already having coffee. Looks like from when they move upstairs at n1 service is bad.

Mondays 2 for 1 breakfast. Always delicious but a bit of a wait today because its school holidays.Real value for money. We ordered extra bacon and toast though. But still bill was under R100 with tea.

Not sure why they closed the downstairs branch where everything ran smoothly.The service upstrairs is horrible compared to downstairs. The wait is at least twice as long. We've been sitting 25 minutes and only the order has been taken. The place isn't all that busy and 2 house coffees do not take all that long to prepare.

Great staff more specifically Ma Princess ( kids call her). Since my kids were small, she has been great and which made us always come back for more...because of her kindness, friendliness and big smile...she made wimpy our 1st choice...keep it up and hope other will follow...you the best Ma Princess

Princess was a fantastic waitress, she made the entire dining experience a breeze. Very sweet lady, good service like this is hard to come by nowadays!
