One is only allowed to use a trolley.this makes the isles very cramped. Staff not helpful and their conversation s with fellow staff seem to be more important than helping the customers.Guess this is what happens with big corporate companies. They do not really care about the individual attention to service.

Bought a lounge suite for more than 16k on sale. After 1 year and 1 month the material is starting to peel. H&H is refusing to assist. Poor service, and pathetic after sale service. Would not recommend.

So the problem was with the delivery company. They were the most rude people I have ever encountered in my life. They phoned 30 mins before they were going to come IN THE AFTERNOON (after waiting for the couch to arrive the ENTIRE day) and already gave a bit of attitude. They arrived here and broke the outside lamp and unapologetically apologized and proceeded to give even more attitude.

This 5 star rating is only for and because of Mr Dan Pillay.I went to purchase a benette read vacuum cleaner. Was looking for someone to assist me but the sales people were just sitting n talking amongst themselves, not bothering to check if customers required anything.I happened to see Dan at his desk n requested his assistance. He was so kind, friendly, helpful and convinced me to purchase the Electrolux vacuum instead.It is the nicest vacuum cleaner I have ever had and I have used Bennett Read and Hoover previously.If you ever pop in the store, ask for Dan.

Noboby pick-up the phone. I bought a fridge online everything was processed within a day till today i haven't been contacted about the purchased item. Five days have past now. I trusted this store but they're very poor with service delivery.

The female sales assistant did not have stock on the floor but offered to check with their depot and get back to us . Never did so we purchased from Decofurn instead . Don't know which store can afford to lose a customer these days .
