I recently needed to purchase Latin shoes as my old ones started to fall apart. We went onto the website and found the shoes we were looking for. Drove there and the GPS took us right to the gate. We only missed due to a truck being parked in front of the gate as there was construction going on. Went in and was immediately helped. I needed leather Latin shoes which meant it would take a while. Normally would take 2 weeks but as explained by the sales lady, due to COVID it would take 3 weeks. No less than 12 hours after the 3 week window has passed they called to inform it was ready.Friendly staff, willing to help and upfront about how long it would take for a product to be made. An absolute pleasure to do business with them

Went to this store today and can say with confidence that I will never return. The staff were unwilling to help, unfriendly and had the attitude that they did not want to be there. The items I was looking for was not in stock - but even if the item was available, I would still not have bought it. I would rather pay more money elsewhere when I need something you have in stock than come back to your store. Even when the staff were busy helping costumers and we were waiting to be helped, the staff were unwilling to help those clients either, and I felt sorry for how they were treated. Just a bad experience overall.

I had called them before departure, letting them know what I wanted and when I got there, I had everything laid out for me.They even helped me fit all the shoes until I found a perfect fit. Very kind Staff. I'm impressed.

Great variety, efficient service. Was just very busy on a Saturday morning so if you are going in to have Pointe shoes fitted; either expect the wait or go in during the week when it's a more quiet.

Amazing, my daughter has just started ballet this year. I am a first-time dance mom and they really helped me get everything I needed and are happy to help with any questions.
