Service is terrible, the local municipality must improve the facilities and office operating systems. I waited almost 5 hours on a queue to book for a driving licence test, because “there’s one computer system operating” as they said, imagine!

A terrible experience as always, going to a DLTC is always a burden. There are a few helpful people but government institutions are understaffed or generally unwilling to help.

We really need to look after government departments.The service is pathetic, you stand on a queue for payments from 10am until 14:30 midday only to be told that they are cutting the queue and you must come back tomorrow and start again from scratch.And to my understanding they are not knocking off at 14:30.People are dragging their feet and acting as if they are doing us a favor by serving us.I think government employees should start understanding why we are called Public citizens" and them called "Public servants"They are there to serve the public not the other way around."
