At 4.52pm yesterday a member of my staff purchased 5 ropes, 3 of which was the correct size and 2 was of a thicker strand. The next day I sent my office lady to return the 2 thick rope for a refund. Dickson refused to refund my money. I then called him to enquire why explaining that the rope was too thick for our use. He refused to accept my explanation, was rude and arrogant. He stated that most probably I used what I wanted and did not need these rope. I then told him that I still have 2 more of the thinner one with me and that is not the case. He said to me send all back and he does not want our business and if my staff ever go to him he will chase them away.This is the experience you will encounter then dealing with Oribi Hardware - Port Shepstone more especially DICKSON. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE
