Had an Appointment for 2pmWaited from 1.55pm as surgery was closed .... at 2.15pm still no sign of them , I called and fathima told me they are on the way . At 2.30pm still no show ...I called again and was told they are around the corner2.40 pm she comes in without even greeting nor an apology for being a whole 40 min lateUshered in ...the assistant whose just as unfriendly and rude shouts close the door .Next thing I knew. ..a lady who walked in after me was taken in first ...when I was waiting a whole 40 min and she was absolutely no where to be seen .I queried as to why she was taken in first and the reply from the assistantShe was here first "She was NOWHERE to be seen when I waited outside the closed doors from 1.55pmBut crazily enough apparently she was there before meAnd she could not have had an appointment before me as 12 to 2 pm was Loadshedding ..Fathima is extremely rude . This is not the first encounterThe assistant seriously needs a talk about serviceDr Tar Mahomed is good

Dr Mohammed is such a caring, dedicated and passionate dentist / orthodontist, who has given my son hope to have a beautiful smile again. My husband was referred to him by word of mouth, searching for a dentist for so many years and we have finally found him. He has placed braces in my sons mouth and the excellent service provided from him and his wife is remarkable. I have never met any dentist like him being on earth for 34 years of my life, such passion and care. And his very reasonable with his cost as well.Thank you Dr Mahommed may god always bless you immensely!

What a horrible woman Fathima is she’s rude and unprofessional, she did not have the common courtesy to call and tell me they were running late i had to call and ask if they are on time for a Monday morning appointment. Which dentist opens his practice at 10 firstly, then makes an appointment at 10 and opens at 11 that’s just disgusting. Then when we finally got in Fathima was screaming at me like her husband was going to do the procedure for free. She is uncouth horrid and just plain obnoxious as for her husband when I addressed him on taking patients before me he said this patient was waiting from 8am. It’s quite obvious that they run a fish market and work on a first come first serve basis. Maybe he should get a professional receptionist to run his appointment book and not his wife who clearly had no concept of time. I walked out and would rather pay double for my treatments, than ever go back to this joke of a practice. DISGUSTING AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

In terms of dental attention, Dr Tarmahomed was professional and very good. He took time to complete my dental problem and gave my situation priority,because my situation required urgent attention.

He was careless with his surgical mask and didn't wear it while talking over me whilst my mouth was open and spat when he spoke. He also didn't wait long enough for the numbing medicine to take effect before he started.

Dr Tarmahomed and his team were fantastic. My tooth was extracted and felt NO pain or any discomfort during the procedure. Even a day after I was expecting to get pain but to my surprise I never got any. Looking forward to my next visit... Highly recommended. Best Dental experience ever!
