After paying the R600 call-out fee we were left with a non-working stove and incomplete repair on the fridge. I called and emailed the manager over a period of a month (trying to engage with this company and give them a second chance) to no avail. This has been an experience of gross incompetence and poor work ethics. Be warned!

If i could rate 0 i would! After calling them for 3 days to come look at our fridge for the insurance, they kept making excuses. I decided to just tell them it wasn't necessary anymore and told them why and that they were being unprofessional. They didn’t even wait for me to finish before they ended the call. Jean was the one i spoke to since Monday and he kept making promises that he couldn’t keep! If you need an electrician call one of the neighboring towns for help because they clearly don't care.
