Absolutely Top Notch Service. Hulle mag maar. So Professional. My Bakkie is a 1998 Rust Bucket, and the Rubbers are in a state of brittle that would scare the average Person. Rust removed, Primer applied, several little repairs done that only someone who has rebuilt a Vehicle would know. I'm one very happy Customer.

On the outset the service was good. Phoned them, on that day they arrives to measure the window. Gave some advice on the type of glass to be used and reason why. The next day they returned and replaced the broken window.That after I checked the window and found that they did not secure it properly. The beading on the inside of the window was not replaced so the glass pane actually moves when you touch it. Phoned them and mentioned it to then. That day they would return, check and fix the problem. Did not arrive! Next day phoned again. Mentioned to me that were fully booked the Friday and could maybe come on Saturday but if they don't come Saturday they will definitely arrive first thing Monday morning.Saturday they did not arrive. Monday come and they did not arrive. That was Monday, 25 Jan.. 2021. The week passed. Then Monday, 8 Feb. 2021 come and gone. Until today they still have not phoned back nor arrived to correct the beading and moving pane of glass.

Wow! PG Glass Uitenhage is so professional. I took my vehicle in to have the windscreen replaced and received the best service. So professional and friendly. Have not experienced such great service in n a long time. Thank you to the whole Uitenhage team.Best regards Louis
