Department of Home Affairs Citrusdal

They were very helpful and both ladies that worked on that day did not even take lunch and insisted on continuing with their work to assist all clients. I highly recommend people to go there. The only sad part is that they are two hours away from Cape Town but it is worth a ride.

It says that they open at 8am ...but according to staff this is not true..We where told that it opens everyday at 830am...which is fine ..BUT CHANGE IT THEN TO 830AM ON ALL YOUR PLATFORMS then!

Yes 5 stars to this home affairs. After going from atlantis to Bellville and then to town home affairs standing in line for hrs only to be shown a notice that i must go to citrusdal home affairs for an ID i was annoyed to the pits but to my surprise what a wonderful experience. Got there and the security was most helpful with a smile, no lines and they even tried helping during loadshedding. Thankyou Bonitta for such excellent service. Kudos to the citrusdal home affairs staff. I hope and pray that other home affairs can look and see and follow your footsteps. THANKYOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE TAD BIT EASIER!!

Can't do ID cards yet, but extremely friendly and helpfull service from Deidre Heyns. No waiting. Google maps directs one to the wrong place though. On same premises as clinic

Went to reapply for my lost ID today, had three people in front of me in the queue. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Most probably the best Home Affairs office I’ve ever been to. Keep up the good work!
