They advertise their shop closes at 19:00 online and on the windows of the shop, yet when I got there at 18:09 they didn't want to help and said they always close at 18:00. I asked nicely to help as they are still open and their times are wrong, yet he declined. That is not customer support. Will visit another place to cut my hair in future. They started out great but they got worse over time.

The place is excellently set-up and clean. The service I received was kind and maybe a bit too rushed, especially with there being no one else waiting in line. The price for just the haircut was R120, which I personally felt was too much especially because I didn't get what I asked for.

Terrible place to get a haircut. They should either go for more training or decrease their prices which are ridiculously high given the inconsistency of their barbers.

The worst barbershop ever. Would recommend to never use their services. Barbers are extremely underqualified and aren't able to pull off the most common haircuts. Terrible experience!
