I experienced shocking service from TCG. We needed a script collected urgently, was advised on Monday that they'd collect it, but we could only collect from them on Tuesday. Today, going to find out what's going on, only be told it would be here tomorrow (not collected) All plans of doc appts and back to varsity now have to be rearranged. Poor poor service, very disappointing

Staff were so friendly, professional and accommodating. One of the best services I have ever received as a general customer.The different options available for sending both long and short distance are worth it. I sent a heavy package to joburg and it was R100 and I sent multiple items (chairs, desks, suitcase, several crates, textbooks etc.) to Cape Town all for a very affordable price around R600 (Bulk long distance). If you are moving cities and would like a cheaper option than movers sending items via courier bulk is very economical.Items arrived unbroken and in good state with a few scratches here and there.
