I first bought our Kari Timber and all the extra'a needed to lay our floor from VCS in 2009. The staff where super helpful and gave us lots of good advice on laying the floor as we where doing it ourselves.In July 2020 I had a water leak in the Kitchen so had to do a repair to my Kari floor. I went back to VCS in Osbourne Park and Ryan was super helpful and provided me with what I needed for the job. Saved me some Dollars as well. If I had to lay another wooden floor in the future I wouldn't look anywhere else than VCS Solid Timber Floors..

This is a company that clearly cares about their product. Heath has been very easy to work with and the floor that is going down at the moment looks great. They have protocols in place to make sure their floor doesn't have problems later and give heaps of useful information from the first meeting in the showroom, all the way through the process of installing the floor

I would like to really recommend Heath Flatters and VCS Solid timber floors. I have jarrah floors throughout most of my house. They were in pretty poor condition. Heath quoted for less than I expected. He sanded what amounted to pretty much the whole house - and coated the floors with two coats of Osmo Oils. I couldn't believe the difference. It has transformed my entire house. Heath is a real craftsman - he also fixed up some of our dodgy joins as well. I couldn't recommend Heath enough. A true artisan!! He has brought out the grain in the floors, so now they are the absolute feature of the house.

I have just purchased and installed some Bona Megaone from VCS Solid Timber Floors, the service & advice given was first class & I would recommend both VCS & the Bona Megaone to anyone who is looking to have some timber floors done.

I had the pleasure of dealing with these guys a couple times and the service and quality are by the far the best in perth I have experienced, they are prompt, helpfull and friendly. I will be using these guys for all my flooring needs for now on. Ryan and the team are awesome so cheers guys

VCS Solid Timber Floors is an amazing organisation that provides a wide range of products, services and advice. I searched long and hard for a company that could provide me with the training and advice to achieve my own DIY package. The guys at VCS were friendly and immediately assisted me with everything I needed for the job, even down to the amount of nails I required!I had never done a job like this before. We built a new house of total area to be cover was 160 sqm. VCS came out to site, informed me with how to start and what obstacles to look out for. They spend around 2 hours on site and only left when I had no more questions.On my first day I only laid 3sqm and was bound to give up after pulling up most of my work. I immediately phone VCS for support and the next day with their advice I was moving into the right direction again.After laying the floor I was considering contracting out the finishing, as everyone on the internet seems to find it very difficult. However, VCS gave me training on a test floor and correct way to use the machinery. Once again, after the first day of struggling, VCS provided me with valuable advice.During my project, I was given a lot of discount on other products I needed, such as floor sealant, beading etc.I highly recommend VCS for all products and services.Hein
