Very well located self catering apartment, spotlessly clean and close to all amenities and walking distance to river mouth and beach. 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, outdoor patio with built in braai. The owner Nicolene is friendly and very helpful, best value for money accommodation in Stilbaai

Spacious, clean and affordable self catering accommodation. All that you need for a brake away with friendly hosts and very c lose to the sea and estuary

We had a lovely time at Aitsa! Nicoline gave a warm welcome and we would definitely go back! 10/10 for hospitality!

Very clean and nice but owners the owner at last minute before you enter demand R 1000 as a deposit in case of breakages - no problem with that, but it's when you leave and you ask for th to inspect before you leave that's where things are not straight. You have to leave trusting them to refund after the house maid will do inpection. Now it becomes your word against theirs, the veranda floors paint that came of with the rain in fact 2 flakes of paint about 3 cm that stuck under the soles of shoes , which we made nothing of plus apparently the paint had some white spots don't know but it's possible maybe just before we arrived the floor was freshly painted so that could have been caused by rain don't know. A towel or some towels were said to have gotten spots (we don't know) are said to have gotten spots- we didn't inspect them because we appreciated their so called service when they brought in a new change of towels. They weren't exactly brand new. So this experience haven't left a grand impression for us and to haggle over the photos will get you nowhere so in my eyes they scored an extra R 1000 holding us accountable for so called wear and tear on the floor. Fotunately we tried to use the oven which wasn't working and reported it immediately else we would have been held accountable for that breakage as well. I say fortunately because if we didn't happen to have wanted to use the oven who knows they would have probably charged us for damages as well that we didn't do.Other than that it was great nice and clean -maybe in the advert there should be mentioned about the stairs as they are steep and narrow to step on - risky for elderly people, and todlers

What a nice place to re-charge. Absolutely beautiful, neat and tidy. Such friendly hosts (Nicoline & Jean) very helpful and caring. Loved the tranquility of this wonderful seaside village. The river, the beaches and its friendly people. A visit that I won't forget and will definitely come back soon. So much to see in and around Stilbaai.
