There is a dude by the name of Hendrik, apparently he is Eddie's boss amd so on. He has that boertjie attitude and he speaks to people in a disrespectful manner. I paid a R6900 deposit towards material worth R76000 in 2020. Afterwards I lost my job and got a new in Northern Cape. He tells me because it has been 2 years, he cannot refund me. He tells me how does he know that I have already collected material. How do I collect material and they have no record of that? I also asked for their policy that u signed for, which stipulates that I will forfeit my money if it has been 2 years, but he could not provide me with that.But I have stared talking to the owner in Cape Town, because the so called hendrik the big boss is just an employee with bruised ego.
