Not reccomended. My car wad worse off after roration and alignment due to them rushing it off

I had initially given them 5 stars. But have to reduce it. 3 weeks ago, I took my A 160 Merc to them they were extremely helpful. I have 4 thres replaced and had to have nuts on the 1 tyre removed by a trading company which is my fault. However, they did my alignment and after the guy had did it, advised that I must have the CAMBER done next time. So when i enquired they said they dont do it, requires a special nut etc. So after i had left did i realize that my steering is not centre. So i called back the next day and spoke to another lady and had letters my number etc. 3 weeks later i am still waiting on a call!!!! Also i had taken my vehicle to Tonneson which will sort out the camber which cost up to R600 and i will have to pay again for the alignment!!!! So why do you charge to do the alignment when you couldn't sort out the camber yet I spent R3200 on 4 x Dunlop tyres by you guys!!!! Seriously dissatisfied. Is this usually how you operate? So now I need to sort out the camber which you couldn't and pay for the alignment all over again. Thanks alot for the extra cost!!!!!!
