Great staff that know the true value of customer service and special mention for the lady at reception and the first class service.I went for X-rays, cleaning and exam. All staff were extremely empathetic to dental pain and discomfort.Highly recommended!

I do not recommend. Had fillings done, the dentist made me bleed so much that it was impossible to add a permanent filling in one of my teeth. Also, she drilled a huge hole in my tooth and “filled” it, however there’s a high ditch in my tooth and it’s extremely sensitive, features that were not there prior. I am constantly in pain whenever I eat or drink something, due to her work. Inexperienced staff, the entire time they worked on me, the staff were being trained. Also, the receptionist yelled at me on the phone after she called and did not identify herself and refused to tell me who was calling. The dentist trains the staff as they work on you, as they make mistakes and learn on YOU, the patient. Go somewhere else.Update: this place is located near restaurants in umhlanga...Avoid!

Firstly I want to thank the gentle dental team for eradicating my fear of visiting the dentist, now that I've met your ll. Simply putting it they live up to their name. The best part is that they are situated in a place overlooking the beach which puts you in a relaxed mood. The staff are accommodating and polite. The surgery itself, sparks an essence of hygiene and professionalism. Well done GENTLE DENTAL Umhlanga. Definitely will recommend your'll to friends and family

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff and doctor at Gentle dental.I was a very nervous patient as this was my first dental appointment but the doctor was very patient with me and tried her very best to come me down.The staff was extremely kind and welcoming and always available to help were needed.I highly recommend Gentle Dental and their caring staff for kids and adults.

They did my 3 year old daughters filling and i was so impressed by the care and attention they provided. Ive used them myself thereafter and total painless dental work.Keep it up!!!!

My 7yo daughter had a tooth filled and another tooth removed with minimal trauma and pain. The dentist was very kind and patient and went out of her way to make it as stress free as possible for her.
