What a journey!!! From where I was (beginners level) and where I am right now is all thanks to Etienne who not only pushes me but encourage me to do better every week, because he knows each and every individual's strength and weaknesses. That is the level of support /commitment you receive from Elite One Hundred. I personally recommend Elite One Hundred to anyone regardless of your fitness level. So do yourself a favor and be part of this great gym family.

Great gym in Woodstock/Salt River with personal attention from the trainers and small classes so you don't feel lost. Every workout is different too so you can't get bored and there's lots of motivation to keep you going. I've only been to a few classes so far but feel amazing after each one.

I just LOVE this gym and the people I gym with. Unlike other gyms, there is a sense of community, people encourage one another and it has brilliant gym culture. The trainers know everyone by name, there is good banter and most importantly, the workouts are amazing! Because the classes aren't that big, the trainers are able to correct your form throughout. They cater for all skill levels. I started off never having touched a barbelle and am now comfortably and correctly lifting them :)Facilities:The showers are clean and new (2020, only a year old) water pressure is really good! Water cooler & mini lockers on site. Coffee shops just up the road ( 100 m ) to grab a post gym coffee from on your way to work. HIGHLY recommend joining :)

Great gym, trainers and members. Been at Elite since March 2022, the journey is amazing. Making small strides to my goals and feeling great. Workouts are intense however it’s at your pace and comfortability with the movements. The Owner, Ettienne, is superb and understanding.I encourage you to come down for a free class. Trainers/Coaches always bring a great vibe and expertise to classes, appreciate the effort they put in to make classes fun and sharing of their knowledge on various movements/exercises.

Elite100 is a brilliant gym. Workouts suitable for beginners to advanced champs.The trainer knows his stuff and I can trust I am in good hands. I've been training for a while and can still see good progress.Quality, focussed and well-designed classes; sick music and a friendly atmosphere. What I love about this fitness studio is the feeling of family. You feel welcomed at all times and always leave the session feeling a sense of achievement. Was an amazing 3months with these guys amazing crew and fitness coaches. They motivated, pushed and assisted me during this time and saw and felt and difference in my physical and mental state. My approach too fitness has changed and will definitely look up these guys again once I return from my overseas engagements. Thank you guys so much and hope all the best for the future.
