Cielo Furniture Store - Stoneridge Centre

I love the Cielo brand but the staff in this store are rude and uninterested. There is no excuse for this level of “service”. I asked about two products and was told they don’t make them only to find them in stock on their website. Aside from the customer service, the return process is the worst I have seen.

I love this store as it has all my favourite furniture and artwork. However, the staff could be a little bit attentive. I walked in and out without being acknowledged. While they were sitting and chatting to each other.

The lady who assisted me was so kind and so helpful. I even walked out with more than I intended on buying!The items that they have are beautiful and such great quality. I love their furniture and their service!

I was promised my item between 2-3 weeks. I was ‘rest assured’ that both items were in stock. Needless to say that the purchase was made in November and I will have to wait till January. I have never written a bad review before but empty promises shouldn’t be given to customers. Rather be honest and keep a customer than lie and tarnish your reputation. Unfortunately I will never support this branch again , and wouldn’t recommend it to family or friends either.

Great furniture store that keeps a wide variety of furniture which doesn't have to be break the bank. They have an online store as well however I prefer to physically see and feel the furniture to check the quality as well. For instance there is this great pedestal that we saw but it didn't have runners so the draw did not have a smooth pull in and out. I would definitely check them out if you looking for any type of furniture

Terrible, terrible after sales experience. The most horrendous service I've ever received in my life! The customer care department has zero customer care. It's been two weeks of waiting for assistance with a way forward regarding faulty furniture. All I ever get is we'll revert" with no plan of action. Incompetent and subpar does not begin to describe the level of service. A definite no from me. Wouldn't recommend."

Spare yourself the drama. Rather order from another furniture store. I am waiting for an order since February. While I exchanged chairs and understand that caused the delay with the dining chairs. I am still waiting since February for a patio set and the cover. Now they’ve delivered the cover of the patio set but guess what, I still don’t have a patio set. Great job Cielo.

I purchased 4 Sage Dining Table Chairs, however only 2/4 of the Dining chairs arrived with the completed assemble parts that are required. I was told I’d have to wait between 7-14 days for this to be fulfilled. I am truly disappointed about this process! Such little attention to detail is all the difference these days and I can’t say I am a happy customer as I know have to make an alternative plan for my dining set.

Worst aftersales experience ever. We bought a painting from Cielo and we found that the back of the painting was damaged when we received it. We immediately informed them of the damage on the same day of the delivery. We have since sent the photos and informed them that the painting is still in the original packaging. They continue emailing us to confirm the same and have absolutely no interest in fetching the damaged painting and replacing it with a new one. They have incompetent people working in customer service as this is a very simple problem that can be resolved quickly but it is taking weeks to resolve.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The level of incompetence in the aftersale department is mind blowing. I ordered a dining room suit on 23 November. They delivered the incorrect table and were informed immediately. Today is 30 December and the issue still has not been resolved. They don't answer to emails, they never phone, follow up or give any form of progress report.Customers are left frustrated and in the dark with no clear answers.I am forced to get customer protection services involved... I always buy from well known shops to avoid these issues and very disappointed that such a big institution can not resolve such simple issues.
