Ordered a refurbished gaming pc. The HDMi cable is located in such a way that the cable cannot be inserted. Also one usb port not working. When I called them they had no idea. Have to send it back will update to see if they fixUPDATE: Got it back. Same issue STAY AWAYUPDATE TWO. Now hard drive and graphics card failing. Have to drive to PTA to have evaluated. Wastw fo money

I paid cash R6200 for a refurbished laptop with a 22-inch monitor. When the goods arrived, the monitor was not working. After contacting them regarding the non-working screen, I requested a replacement monitor equivalent to the price I paid. They promised to send a technician to investigate. I waited all day and got tired of waiting. Now they won't refund me immediately so that I can buy another screen and advised that I must wait a week for a refund. I am disgusted with their service. Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dealt with Frank and Dennis

Fantastic service, and excellent refurbished parts. I ordered a second hand 3060GTX 12gig at half the price of of it brand new, ordered and paid in the evening, received a call by 9:30 the next morning telling me it was ready for collection.Put the card through it's paces already in Blender and in games, it works perfectly. Rendered out the Classroom scene in under a minute.Managed to give my system a massive boost at half the cost. highly recommend looking here, before buying new.

They do not have basic knowledge of the products they sell. How can you possibly buy with confidence if they don't understand what they are selling. I had a very simple question asking Do you have 4GB DDR4 1.2V RAM in stock?". The person was unable to answer the question and further more put the phone down in my ear when I asked why they can't confirm before I drive out to purchase. 1/5 Useless."

I bought a Gaming PC at Intelligent Computing two weeks ago. I require a capable computer for work. I am a repeat customer, the previous PC was working without issues for 3 years but it was stolen. I had no hesitation to buy from them again. This time there was a technical issue, but the always pleasant staff replaced the part having issues. I've recommended them to family and friends. I have spent in excess of R30000. (This includes two excellent computers, added ram a screen etc. You will not regret buying a refurbished PC at Intelligent Computing.
