Very professional and helpful staff who knows what they need to do and be sure to be helped if you have any hearing problem. I am pleasantly surprised with the professional way I was treated and got away with a good hearing aid that changed our family life. The hearing aids were a bit expensive, but I suppose if you want to drive a Mercedes you need to pay what they charge you..?? Well done Charne at the Ear Institute Bellville.. !!

If you have any ear related problems or worries this place puts your mind at ease. I took my 2 kids for screening and the experience was a pleasurable one. They immediately took all my sons anxiety away with the friendly and professional way they handled his questions. I definitely recommend

Concerned about your hearing, then definitely consider making an appointment here. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. They spend enough time with you to thoroughly test and discuss your condition and options. To me this is a 5 star institute.

I took my grandmother, who is 80 years old to tygerberg hospital because her hearing aid had broken, they told us the next available date would be 29th September, which meant, she had to be deaf for another 4 months. We googled other places and came across this ear institute. We got there, we were greeted with impeccable, amazing service from each and every staff member, they helped us and fixed her hearing aid within 20 minutes FREE OF CHARGE, because my grandmother explained that she only had a r100. I was amazed and humbled. I am so happy that people like this still exists.

I went for an audiology medical test. The service were friendly and accurate. Results immediately available and explained very well by the audiologist. A quotation were also handed to me immediately with a thorough emanation of the different options I have.
