The white Afrikaans pharmacist couldn’t help emphasising how “expensive “ a product under R200 was. Do you act apologetic and reiterate how “expensive “ your products are to white customers?

I actually go out of my way and drive to this pharmacy though I live close to many others. Always consistent and super helpful staff/pharmacist. Also the only nurse I trust with my B12 injections.

I had bad experience at this pharmacy, the lady that was assisting made me feel uncomfortable and passed a comment with regards to a purchase I was making. I raised this with her and she showed no remorse and continued to make feel uncomfortable. I then asked for the manager who came to listen to my grievance and apologised. My privacy was violated at this pharmacy and tellers should be given sensitivity training.

Well stocked, but the service is quite slow.

RUDE! Never had friendly service here, gave them more than one try but cashiers and pharmacists are always blunt and can't even try to put on a fake smile. Can't believe they have a 4.8 star rating.

Everyone is always willing and eager to help. Knowledgeable pharmacist.

This review has nothing to do with anything other than Bonita (my apologize if I misspelled your name Bon Bon), I have never in my life been greeted with such kindness and love.I came into the pharmacy a few days ago and expressed to Bonita how badly I suffer with allergies, and how I have been suffering with it my entire life, and have never been able to find something that relieves my symptoms.With a massive smile on her face, she rached over and grabbed a bottle of nasal spray, and box of 10 allergy relief tablets, and all I have to say is WOW.In my 20 years on this planet, not a single nurse, pharmacist or doctor has even come close to helping me as much as Bonita has. Absolutely outstanding service.Who ever owns this pharmacy, if you don't give her some sort of recognition for this, I will start my own pharmacy and hire her on double the rate you pay her! People as kind as her don't come around often. And I'm so glad I got to meet her in however long I have on this planet. I rated 5 stars for Bonita, and I only rated five , because there wasn't an option to rate it 10.

Racist cashier. She doesn't greet but will smile and shout her greetings to anyone who is white. I used to ignore it but today, I've had enough of her behaviour. Please fix it.

The women working at the counter was extremely rude. She followed me around the pharmacy and as a person of colour I found it very discriminatory and prejudice. Sensitivity training is required. I most definitely would not recommend this pharmacy.

My go to pharmacy for all my medical needs. Excellent and friendly service from all the staff received at every visit. Cannot recommend enough!
