The Carwash Crew Car Wash And Valet Centre

I live across the road from them… they always have given good service and I’ve always trusted them with my car. I’ve gotten used to the workers aswell. This last Friday I sent my car as usual and recieved iy back with a terrible crack on my windshield needless to say I was upset… the guys who had washed my car upone arrival did admit they did not see the crack on the window upon arrival … the guy(I suppose manager) who was in charge came,reviewed asked the workers who washed the car accessed the crack which was visible to everyone and then proceeds to say I cannot prove that this crack was not there and that there is a disclaimer and there is nothing they can do about it… he then dismissed the workers and was nonchalant about the whole incident… I was sooo annoyed and angry at even the way he handled the situation soo poorly … unfortunately I did not have time to stick around and take this further as I had to rush to collect my children from school … huge disappointment….

The car wash crew are the most friendly and maticulas car wash place I have been to.Their staff are always willing to help you and get the job done in a timeious fashion.I highly recommend that you take your car to be washed at the car wash crew.

Update*Met the owner (Morne), the car wash is indeed under new management. Extremely approachable and friendly, spoke to me about the cars that weren't washed to standard and reassured me that it will never happen again. Personally looking forward to bringing the cars back and building a new relationship.I have been coming to this car wash consistently for years now. I had previously gotten a stellar performance on each and every wash and developed a strong relationship with the business. However, I now receive mediocre and poor effort car washes from here. Basic attention to detail such as vacuuming the boot or cleaning the cupholders properly. I have mentioned on numerous occasions to pay attention to these areas, and while a note has been made, it has still been left unattended. So difficult to find a place that you can rely on.

Good day. With the washing of the car itself I am happy although some spots was missed inside the car. I had to ask the reception lady why there was no social distance or wearing of masks? I have asthma and for me walking into a building where people dont wear a mask is a huge risk as what ever they breath out hanging up in the air if it is viral or bacterial doesnt matter. We dont have strong immune systems like other people do. Very important people ckeaning inside the car have their madks on all the time and wearing gloves! for their own protection too. Thank you for the opportunity

They did a splendid job of cleaning the vehicle, but managed to do something to the electronics. The air bag light has been activated and is going to cost R1100 to get it sorted and reset. The staff could use more training I.m.o.
