Drove out to view an apartment the appointment was for 5pm at 5:30 he took anther set of people to view. After that he left without showing us the place. Most people at the company are confused and they have a bad process. You will ask for an appointment to view a property and be speaking to a lady that works there. Then another agent will show you the property which contact details they don’t even provide. When you arrive for your appointment you don’t know who to call or speak to as you don’t have the other agents contact details. Glad we missed this because when I looked at their reviews now it is beter that my mother don’t rent through this agency. They wasted an hour of our time and petrol.He did not respond back or answer his phone. So when he decides something is taking too long for him he will leave without showing you.The company reported my review on Hellopeter as factually incorrect without even responding. My review there has been removed as I needed to provide documentation of what happened. How do you even provide documentation for having an appointment to view a property and the agent drove off without showing you? I had to be willing to provide a affidavit. I told them I don’t have time for that as I’m just trying to warn others to not have the same happen to them. They have such a bad track record and now I’m the one being questioned.

I will never ever recommend to work with this company to both owners or tendants. The owner of this company(Dries) is very unprofessional in his manner of work ethics and speaking. They do everything in their power to look for damages on properties to keep back deposits. I recommend keeping photos with dates and time stamps with every single thing in the house. Include videos and make call recordings when speaking to anyone. Their ethics is questionable. We do not use fell language and when engaged by owner Dries we we referred to as C and P. I do not think i need to spell out these words. Yes full recordings available to proof this and he is very much aware of these recordings since we informed him and further insult followed. . Do not step into this trap. I recommend you refer your case to rental tribunal and seek legal action. You will bot be the first.

If you can please avoid this company at all costs, its not worth your health!!!! If you cannot avoid them then make peace with rude unprofessional people, and the fact that your deposit will never come back to you no matter neat and well maintained you keep the unit. Good luck

WORST rental agency EVER. SWINDLERS OF NOTE! Still refusing to refund my deposit despite giving them evidence of pictures showing worst dirt when I moved in. 1 star is just a formality to review, they deserve pit rating.

Let us try. Perhaps using short sentence will allow me. Threats of taking me to court if I do not taking it immediatly off at hello peter. Non withstanding the fact that this company failed to put the client first in service excellence.. no client service whatsoever. Stove still.not in use. We requested painting done. Currently doing it.ourselves as we do not want to stay in a dump. Contract renewal acces payment. Unheard of in my book. Interresting to say the least.Check this space.I am going to.get another call to say I am slaundering and I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT...Photos will come from.another source

Absolutely do not use them! Their service is beyond appalling. The principal of the agency might be an actual scam artist. I repeat do not use smile property for anything!

Rental agents like to bully tenants into paying extra fees when issues arise.Nothing gets sorted out as emails are just forwarded back and forth.When trying to sort out issues, rental agents use threats such as early termination of contact and expect maximum cancelation fee to be paid.Absolutely nothing gets done and is always the tenants fault and never their fault.Worst rental property ever!!!

Do not rent from this place. You will never get your deposit back. Even if you have photos etc as proof. They look for everything and anything not to pay it back. I have reported them and would suggest that everyone that has dealt with them, do the same. Owners of properties, do not let them rent out your place. They are the most corrupt place i have ever dealt with! Dishonest and skelm should be their slogan!

The worst rental agency I have ever delt with.1. The units doesn't get painted before moving in.2. All the stove and ovens on each and every unit I have inspected are filthy. So much so that it is impossible to get it clean.3. All the window frames, and burglar proofing are not maintained to the extend that it is rusting.4. Poor service delivery and refusal to do maintenance on rental units
