Extremely poor service by Morne van Zyl. Expressed that i wanted to make an offer on a property but decided not to give me the option to and presented an offer to the owner of the property.I would think it is an estate agents duty to present all of the available offers to their client.I cannot express the utter disatisfaction in dealing with Jawitz in the Lonehill area in particular.

Very unpleasant to deal with. We did not voluntarily use their services but had to deal with them because of our landlord. Money money money is all they see and service comes second, or third, or fourth. Worst part of it all is their ridiculous fees and choking contracts. Read their contracts carefully! Renting out your house via these guys might result in you paying them the little profit that you make. What's the point then? If only it felt like you are getting your money's worth! Nothing like that. They cash in for doing absolutely nothing!

Horrible experience renting a property from Jawitz Sandton. The house was not cleaned upon us moving in and has a number of snags, the agent was not present during the key handover (actually not present at all throughout the horrible 2 months that we stayed). The owner of the house is not a good landlord, the agent knows this and still chooses to market the property. Seems like Jawitz Sandton just wants to make a rental sale and does not think of the lessee.

Agent is rude and ignorant. They had very little knowledge and unprofessional. Poor communication. Only care about their commissions. Customer service is VERY POOR! I Will not use them again!! No recommended their service at all.
