I purchased a rug from Their Bruma store and the staff were helpful friendly and courteous! Their customer service is amazing! They repky to all whatsapps and questions and tried as hard to keeo me happy...I will definately be shopping there again!

Four stars for the carpetsLarge room with lots of carpets, different sizes and lots to choose from.The staff is always there to help with anything, the best carpets very nice and beautiful. The prices are also ok.They do not seem to get too busy, we went there and got assisted right away, the only thing took the time was to find the carpet, with so much stock, anyways it is a thumbs upGod bless

Don’t recommend, overpriced carpets and don’t care about customer satisfactionHorrible customer service and attitude. Don’t buy from these people, overpriced with no desire to make customers happy, I was charged a high courier fee and made to collect my order after specifically asking them not to use a specific courier company, I had to pay more money to hire a bakkie to collect my order. If you need a specific item from them, take a picture and do a proper search, you’ll find it cheaper.

These people are unethical. I went to the store on the 26th of November 2020 and had on numerous occasions asked if they would have any Black Friday sales and the merchant advised my fiance and I that the only sales they hold are in July and he could only offer us a R100 discount on a carpet worth R2500. We left the store at 17:03 and 10 minutes later, they announce and post on Facebook that they will be having a Black Friday sale and the same carpet we bought for R2500 would be R1900 in less than 24 hours. I think that is extremely unethical and appalling to say the least.

I visited this store to buy rugs for my new home. Got some beautiful rugs at really good prices as they had in store discounts on some of them which were not available online. I bought 4 Rugs which at their full price would have in total cost me a little over R20k and I ended up spending just a little over 12K.I bought the following rug sizes and quanties:2 of 2mx2.9m1 of 2.5mx3.5m1 of 1.6mx2.3mThe rugs look beautiful and are of very good quality too and come clean easily. I have had other furniture deliveries at my new home and shoe dirt marks from the delivery people walking on them have come off really easily so far with a simple dusting of the rug using a dry cloth. So keeping them clean shouldnt be an issue considering most of my rugs are light coloured.I Would definitely recommend RC&E Carpets if you want beautiful rugs at affordable prices.

Bought a rug online from RC & E that I've been eyeing on their Easter 2021 special. It's beautiful in person and very soft. Great service, delivery was timely despite having ordered just before the holidays.
