I stumbled across Amber on Bree....and what a find. The service was on point and went above and beyond to accommodate! Each any everyone of the staff members and owner were extremely friendly and hospitable.Highly recommend visiting, the decor is on point, they've done a very good job.A very good selection of drinks and the food was great. I'll definitely be returning for sure when I come back to SA.

The new kid on the block and definitely making waves. Amber on Bree is definitely growing on me and not only because I live very close or that it's on Bree Street, which is the street to be on of late, but because of the vibe, the staff and ambiance. The staff are so welcoming, attentive and service orientated. They really know how to make guests feel special and attend to your every need. I've only had great service on every occasion I've been there. The manager Juan is always 'on' and I've been helped by Blakey, Randy and Trent, who have always been efficient. The food is quite good, as yoi can see by the pics. I'm not sure that I'm a fan of the food that much, may just have been an off day in the kitchen on the day I decided to eat. I've added a few pics for your eyes to see and decide. Presentation and pricing was good though. The aesthetic is also very inviting and the restrooms on point. Overall, I really enjoy this place and enjoy going back, over and over again. It's one of those places whose charm you can't get enough of. Head over to give them a try.

The burger was one of the nicest I’ve had in a long time, steak also fantastic. The chef knows what they’re doing and the food is quality. We had a lovely attentive waiter and the restaurant is stylish.

What a GEM of a restaurant & bar in the heart of Cape Town. A beautiful, stylish space with a wide range of options on the menu and outstanding food. Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. Second time eating here and the food is truly delicious. Lamb shanks were phenomenal, but don't think one can go wrong with choosing anything on the menu! Enjoyed my meals so much both times, as did everyone else. Only got a pic of my fondant dessert but 10/10 all round. Food, service, great background music, everything! If you are looking for a spot for brunch, lunch, dinner or drinks - Amber certainly won't disappoint.

We had a lovely dinner at Amber on Bree, especially the friendly and professional service by Tamira made our visit excellent. We had a portion of house salad with chicken and some mussels. The food was very tasty and the good wine selection complimented it nicely. Good selection of spirits available, we decided to have some Brandy to round up the meal! Thanks once more to Tamira and the crew for the nice visit!

What a beautiful and clean restaurant! The atmosphere is lovely and I would highly recommend them! We had breakfast but not a variety of healthier Breakfast on the menu, but I would love to experience them during The afternoon as the atmosphere would be excellent for late lunch or dinner! Food was good! Very good service from the waiters and my Hyperli Voucher was used without skimming down on the food! They’ve even booked me an Uber!!! Extra stars for that!
