I have a 10 day old new car. Driver stank of cigarette smoke. Could not drive a manual car very well. Shuddering and slipping the clutch. Had to drive home with all the windows open. Once we had gone thro the last traffic light I told him to get out and I would drive the last 1 km home. Terrible experience

I tried to cancel my membership. After following an extremely onerous process in January 2023 - they continue to try debit my account in April 2023. This is despite me contacting their cancellations team on multiple occasions. I was assured that my membership would be cancelled. Furthermore, in my correspondence with them they have violated the POPIA Act and shared sensitive personal information over unencrypted email.

We booked via Dial direct and 3 times you guys got the address wrong, not just wrong 35 mins away in the wrong direction. We call and confirm wasting so much time yet still wrong. We almost missed our flight due to this, lucky Uber came to our rescue. Communication is so poor, the driver never has a phone which has whatsapp for location pin share and can't even tell us where they lost. This is not on

As a result of the non arrival of the designated driver Jerry and the stress caused trying to get to OR Tambo I have cancelled my insurance with Echelon. If they can use such a pathetic service I'd hate to see what happens if one has an accident. I will never recommend Roadtrip.

I am using their service and they are very good, drivers are clean and they are punctual and quick respond

Beyond shocking, have had a contract for about 8 to 10 years, kept checking outside Venue for Driver could not find him. Walked to my car called him, eventually made contact on side Road got into my car, 200m down the road he was told to leave my vehicle for another trip. Phoned office was told I took to long to meet Driver. Could not believe what transpired. Will be cancelling my contract with immediate effect and sign up with a better and more efficient, responsible group. Thanks for nothing ROAD TRIP.

I have been using this service for the past 5 years with my insurer and it has become progressively worse every time. The past three times that we booked the driver... he went to the south of Johannesburg (we live in the north) because of an address discrepancy which we continually verified telephonically beforehand and yet this issue still persisted. The last time the driver was lost and even had no airtime to tell us, we ended up waiting over half an hour and we eventually ended up using an Uber on all three occasions leaving us absolutely frustrated and angry every single time and wasting my airtime for hours on the line trying to get my money back for the trips or at least get the trips reinstated which never happened. Roadtrip constantly blames my insurer (even though my insurer has the address saved correctly on their end) and between the two of them - the client ends up suffering. I do not recommend this useless service. For the drivers in this day and age to not have access to Google Maps / Waze is just absolutely shocking. They do not even bother to confirm your address before collecting you.

Do not do business with these people. They are less than useless. Drivers are incompetent and rude. I haven't had a decent service from them in the last few. I wanted to get picked up in Midstream, but the driver tried to find me in Thembisa.

If I could score out of 10 it would be 11.We pre-booked via their app and got confirmation of our booking immediately.Our driver, Menelisi, was so kind and reliable and went the extra mile to locate us as the venue was rather large and had multiple parking areas.We felt extremely safe throughout the entire process thanks to the constant and transparent communication from Road Trip.The vehicle was super clean and comfortable.Thank you so much Road Trip team for your amazing service.Highly recommended!
