It's so nice hiring equipment from a company that's ALWAYS reliable. Vast availability as well.

General Service was Good....But......on returning the Scaffolding,on Saturday around 11.30am the 1 Staff member was very upset and told me we are closed, why do you come now?I told him that your closing time on a Saturday is 12pm..and if 11.30am is closing time then change your operating times on your website and tell management to notify us of new operating hours.....He unhappily began offloading the scaffolding, then again said, Saturday there is no staff here to offload.....I told him but last week 1 staff member loaded on with no complaints, and if Saturdays is not recommended to return scaffolding, then why did no one inform us about this policy.....It was obvious that he personally shuts off at around 11am and takes his frustration out on customers....His attitude was really dissapointing......

Service isgreat. Going to a year now only hiring machinery from them

I acquired a machine not knowing what I was looking for. Just when I thought there would be some difficulty explaining what I was looking for, I was assisted by a lady named Naledi Kholoane. Her email was able to assist me with finding the machine I was looking for and her service was quite excellent. She checked up on me for feedback and made sure the delivery of the machine I acquired was smooth sailing. Her service is very very good, she has good communication skills and she's very sweet
