As I sat and waited outside the gate for almost 20min and the wrong product came. The return took almost over another 20 min to do. I had to go back to work 2 times before they told me to bring the product back tomorrow very disappointing wont recommend to anyone.

At 9:11 pickup point still not operational. Lady phoning around to locate scanning equipment, when found battery low, showing she can not log in. She cannot give me my parcel. How must I pick up my parcel in time with incompetence like this?

Lots of parking available. Usually fast and friendly. Area only has 1 way in or out, which causes a bit of an issue with traffic lights and traffic.

Easy to find, convenient hours and excellent service each time I have collected from them. A lot more convenient than trying to co-ordinate deliveries as I work out of town.

While the product was delivered a day after ordering which was fantastic, the lady working the afternoon shift of Saturday 22 October 2022 was extremely rude and arrogant. At no time did she feel the need to at least hide the fact that we were a nuisance on her Saturday afternoon. Unacceptable to be treated as a pest when we give our business to you which in turn means you have a job.
