Frameless Showers
We had a frameless shower shield in a walk-in shower and large mirror installed. Wayne provided some excellent suggestions on options before deciding. I wasn't quite happy with the mirror as my walls were slightly skew. The team came out to measure the unique shape and re-cut the mirror accordingly. There was a slight mismeasurement on the shower shield, but without hesitation, Priyan remeasured and corrected this. All of this while navigating through lockdown, and with zero fuss whatsoever. Wayne even gave me a call a few weeks following the installation just to check that everything was in order. Great service from a great team! Thank you!

Our order was wrong 3 times. When they came back to finish the job some of the glass was not brought to the installation site!!!!! Now they have to come back a fourth time. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

Update: My initial experience with Frameless Showers wasn't great, but when a company is big enough to give you a call and sort out their slip ups it says more about them than the original issue. After an email sent to them, Sonet gave me a call and explained where the loss of communication had happened, which I appreciated and understood. After our call, their team arrived, measured and were nothing but professional and the end product is wonderful.

Glass shower. Very Professional from start to finish. Custom cutting of the glass to fit a skew wall. Really did well on the details and neatness - cant fault it. I'd highly recommend Frameless Shower and I will use them again.

What a bunch of awesome guys, they installed my shower about 20 years ago, my hinges was giving me problems after 20 years, they were super fantastic helping me with my issues, will definitely recommend them any time, thanks guys

Disappointed by the this team. They installed two showers incorrectly and still have not returned to fix them. It’s been about 5 months now.

I was a returning customer - and after having a shower installed - have been trying for 2 years to get Frameless Showers assistance in fixing an installation problem... Still no luck at the time of posting this...Update: After posting this review I was contacted by the management who went above and beyond to right all the wrongs - now I am a very happy customer with a beautifully installed shower...and truth be told, I'd probably go back to them :-)
