Not very happy with the service. Store is preparing for season with lots of staff on the floor. Two managers at checkout, with cashier and packer... Helped a customer with big purchase, stranded in que for over 25min before I could pay for 3 items. Couldn't even open a 2nd till point or apologized in the whole 25 min. Worst service ever!!!

I specifically asked a staff member (a guy) about the sale and specifically asked about a certain shorts on the sale rail and he confirmed the price was R199 and once I got to the till I was told its R1500. Staff need to be better informed because its really upsetting!
