Ordered a berry dairy smoothie online and received what looks like a berry dairy but is actually a strawberry stinger. DISAPPOINTED, staff either don't know what they're doing or got the order wrong.

I have found their service to be consistently good, with great food in a really pleasant environment to relax in. I definitely look forward to a great smoothie after my workout, a great de-stressor after a buys day.

To be honest, not a massive fan of wraps or Kauai, always had bad experiences, but today I had the Princess Wrap without the avo, staff were helpful and wrap was really good, thoroughly enjoyed it.I'm also a massive coffee fan, I live off the stuff, coffee could do with some improvement, it's a very bitter coffee almost like the beans were over roasted or burnt, wasn't very strong but still good nonetheless

I ordered the steak and avocado quesadilla and it doesn't come close to the Blue Route branch. The meat was very chewy, I didn't get cutlery as requested and it was poorly packaged, probably why it was cold when I received it.

They don't even deserve one star.The staff are so rude!! They completely ignore you and carry on chatting to each other in a foreign language. I eventually walked away this time without being served. The lady was completely aware of it and saw me and yet did nothing. I constantly have problems with them making smoothies smoother than purified water even though I ask them to make it a little chunky. I will not be supporting them again. It's a pity how the service is sp different in Muizenberg where the staff are friendly and professional to the sh@t show in Westlake.
